Can I manage several clients from one account?
Yes. Each client lives in a separate space (a store) with its own contacts, campaigns, numbers and reports, fully isolated, and you manage them all from a single login.
Is NotifyBulk white-label?
You get multi-client management and can remove NotifyBulk branding from emails on paid plans. It is not a full white-label of the panel; if you need that, get in touch and we'll look into it.
What channels can each client use?

Can I add a web chat to each client's site?
Yes. The WordPress plugin enables a live chat on each client's site, and visitors' messages land in that account's conversations inbox, alongside the other channels. That way your agency handles the web inquiries of all your clients from one place.
Do I need a credit card to start?
To create your account, no. To activate the free plan you go through Stripe once with a $0 charge, just to verify you're a real person. Stripe handles your card and we don't store your payment data.
