NotifyBulk ("NotifyBulk", "we", "us") is a multichannel messaging platform operated by Nodes Smart Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States (494 E Elizabeth Day Cv, Draper, Utah 84020). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from the businesses who hold a NotifyBulk account, how we use it, and how we handle SMS/text-messaging consent. Questions: [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide at registration: first and last name, company/store name, email address, and (optionally) your mobile phone number.
Authentication and security data: hashed password, email-verification and login records.
Billing information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: log and analytics data about how you use the platform, to operate and improve the service.
Contacts you upload to run your own campaigns. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf to deliver the service.

2. How we use your information

To create and operate your account and deliver the platform's features.
To send you account, service and security notifications (see Section 3).
To process billing and prevent fraud and abuse.
To provide support and to improve and secure the service.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box during signup, NotifyBulk may send you account, service and security notifications — for example one-time verification (2FA) codes, low-balance and billing alerts, payment receipts, and important account or security updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Providing this consent is optional and is never required to create or keep your account. We keep a record of your opt-in (date and time), available to you on request.

4. Mobile information and third parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the data-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (for example, our messaging carriers such as Twilio, our payment processor Stripe, and our email infrastructure), strictly to deliver the service and under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and consent records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw SMS consent at any time (reply STOP or contact us). To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents where required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
